Recommended Cocktail
VIEUX CARRE’

2 ounces rye whiskey
2 ounces cognac
1/2 ounce Benedictine
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 lemon twists

Stir liquids in mixer with ice, strain into double rocks glasses.
Garnish with twist of lemon, serve with friends.
